• Blue Dart
• Ekart
• XpressBees
• India Post (for certain locations)

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier load, weather, strikes, or operational issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

• Order weight
• Delivery location
• Ongoing offers (e.g., free shipping above a certain amount)

Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email
• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website
• Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Kavya Traders is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if:

• The address entered is incorrect
• The pincode is wrong
• The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

If the package returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If all attempts fail:

• The package may be returned to us
• Customer will need to pay for re-delivery

7. Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

• Do NOT accept the delivery
• Ask the courier to mark it as “Rejected—Damaged”
• Immediately contact us within 24 hours

If accepted without proof, return/replacement may not be approved.
